The Tribute

The Tribute is a single-family development (approximately 2,100 lots) located in the City of The Colony on either side of Lebanon Road and surrounded by Lake Lewisville on three sides.  The project involved an overall drainage analysis, drainage study submittals, design modeling for ponds in series, stream stabilization efforts, several LOMR’s and an overall water distribution study.
